Bullying - Where Do I Go?
People who are bullied can feel intimidated and isolated by their experience.
They may live, work or study in an environment where the issue is not taken seriously enough. They may be scared that family and friends will worry or try to take action against the bullies without their consent.
Sometimes it seems that there is nobody to talk to.
Befrienders offer a service that is completely confidential. You don't have to give your name - you can remain anonymous. Everything you say will remain completely confidential.
A befriender will not judge you or tell you what to do. But a befriender will listen to you.
